Week #5 report

Ok five weeks into the program and the results are good. My functional strength is really increasing, and fitness is coming along nicely too. Which it needs to, because my City to Surf training officially starts this week. 6k run I think? Should be interesting.

I'm also going to move into my parents' place in Balmain for a couple of weeks while we enter the serious phase of our bathroom renovations. This means no gym - so I'll have to do some research and come up with a bunch of good body weights exercises.
